National Cattlemen’s Beef Association vice president, Buck Wehrbein, a cattle feeder from Nebraska says the Waters of the US rule is one of those rules that never seems to go away.
He tells Brownfield after the Sackett ruling, the organization anticipated the Biden administration to rescind its WOTUS rule. “It would seem a reasonable group would back off and rescind it,” he says.
