A northwest Indiana farmer says their irrigation is running in full force.
Denise Scarborough says this growing season started off dry, was followed by ample rains, and now, “We have become extremely dry again, and the hot weather this week is pretty concerning for anything non-irrigated, but we’re back up and have all of our pivots running again on all of our farm.”
She tells Brownfield there has been some disease pressure this year and tar spot was found in their county.
