The American Coalition for Ethanol continues to push for year-round E15.
CEO Brian Jennings says the Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act is one pathway.
“There’s legislation pending in Congress that would permanently allow E15, we’re pushing hard on that. And also, we expect EPA to come out soon to finalize the rule allowing E15 year-round in those eight Midwest states.”
Those states are Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
