The Lady Panthers Defeat The Scotties On The Road For fourth Straight Win


Highland, KS ( – With three consecutive victories under their belt, Neosho came into tonight’s match with all the momentum in the world. Neosho secured their fourth consecutive victory with an 88-67 defeat over the Highland Scotties.


Jahniya Brown led the Panthers once again in scoring with 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 steals. Toriauna Douglass had 16 points and 2 steals. Chesleigh Apala ended the night with 14 points, 12 rebounds, and 2 steals. Myah Coleman chipped in 11 points and had 3 steals.

With a current record of 17-4 overall and 4-1 in conference play, Neosho stands as the second seed in the Divison II KJCCC standings. On Saturday, February 3rd, at 2:00 PM, the Lady Panthers will face the No. 1-ranked Johnson County Cavaliers at home in an attempt to extend their current winning streak.
