| *****Announcements are available for organizations that are NOT PAYING FOR ADVERTISING FOR THE EVENT WITH OTHER MEDIA. (i.e. radio stations, newspapers, cable TV) If you're paying elsewhere, we respectfully ask that you pay here as well. *****PSA's must be in WRITTEN FORM. No pre-recorded PSA's will be accepted. *****Written information must be mailed, e-mailed, faxed or dropped off at the studio. We are NOT able to take PSA's over the phone. *****Please make sure your announcement includes all relevant information...dates, times, location, sponsoring organization, contact person with a phone number for more information, and enough detail to inform the public about the event. *****The event or activity must be COMPLETELY non-profit! Submissions from commercial organizations that will make a donation to a charity are NOT considered a PSA. *****Please submit only functions that are open to the GENERAL PUBLIC. *****We will not make announcements promoting a doctrine or church attendance. *****Games of chance (i.e. raffles) will not be announced. *****PSA's will be aired based upon AIR TIME AVAILABLITY. Placement CANNOT be guaranteed, we cannot tell you when it will air, nor can we give you proof of performance after it has aired. If you wish to pay for guaranteed placement we will be happy to talk to you about paid advertising. *****If your announcements do not meet all of our guidelines, ask us about paid ads.
